  • Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may vary based on demand.
  • Delivery is restricted to our established 3-mile area.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We strive to ensure pricing accuracy, but in the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Menu items are subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled if the kitchen has not yet begun preparation. Once an order moves to "Preparing," cancellations and refunds are at the sole discretion of the manager. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at 01529 402240.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Barracks Inn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the consumption of our products, except where required by UK law.
